Citigardens operates under a committed and professionally qualified leadership and management and team. Our team of over 20 staff consists of professional consultants, graduates, diploma holders and experienced staff in Management, Accounting, Technical Matters and Logistics. Therefore, you may rest assured that you will be provided with best services and products in the market!

Our services include designing, installation and maintenance of micro irrigation systems, creating public awareness, education, training, free consultations, advice, and deliveries to sites. We deal and supply fairly & freely with all our friendly competitors and exchange with them the knowledge and experiences related to the industry, thus ensuring the highest ethical standard in business to develop the industry. Our clientele range from home-gardeners, small time farmers and medium sized enterprises to government and non-government organizations.

Our approach to the market and the public goes with responsibility and accountability to all those who associate with us as suppliers, customers, subject matter experts and system users. We supply systems for various applications in Protected Environment Agriculture and Micro-irrigation sectors with a range of over 500 products and accessories.

Our Suppliers

We have a strong supplier base. Presently, we have 6 regular Suppliers in Thailand to supply various products for Protected Agriculture Supplies with ISO certification. Therefore, we ensure a continuous supply and superior quality in all our products and services. Our communication systems with our suppliers are smooth, efficient and fast, therefore we are able provide equipments, tools and accessories on a timely basis.

Our pricing policy is end-user based. Therefore our customers get the lowest price for every product whether they purchase it from our showroom or the market. We are able to maintain a competitive price for our valuable customers with attractive benefit schemes.

Our agriculture technology and equipment are mainly from Thailand. They are of high quality to match with the world class production. We believe in learning from the experience of neighboring countries. Thailand has been successful in using improved methods in agriculture over the past two decades They have succeeded in achieving better quality harvest or through continues research and development by achieving better quality harvest.

How We reach Our Customers

Our distribution system is aimed to directly cater to customers or end-users and through appointed dealers and System Promotion Officers. We have planned to appoint dealers in each agriculture town centers. They will sell at the end users prices fixed by us. Our main aim beneficiaries are end users of our products and services. They are the successful farmers and home gardeners from various parts of Sri Lanka. We offer them free consultations and training in designing and installing improved systems, particularly in micro irrigation.
